There is no reason why you cannot exercise during pregnancy, it is healthy to. I have trained many women over the years before and after childbirth and would encourage all women to keep active, fit and healthy.
It is important however to do so in a safe and responsible way, you will need to trust your personal trainer and be confident that they are offering you the correct advice and keeping yours and your baby's well being in mind at all times. With that I personally only train expectant mothers whom I have trained prior to pregnancy.

I highly recommend Dave Green for personal training, especially during pregnancy. I started training with Dave and then became pregnant, as soon as I informed him of my pregnancy he began working with me on lower back exercises and I never experienced the back pains that so often accompany pregnancy.
We trained until three weeks before my delivery. After my cesarean I recovered very quickly and I was back in to pre-pregnancy shape and weight by 6 weeks postpartum.
