Food planning should never be boring, but simple. 

With simple nutritional plans and easy to follow methods, losing body fat or gaining muscle mass will be much more effective. Too often we rely on diet products or vitamin supplements to enhance the nutritional levels in our daily diets.Having a natural simple nutritional focus on your intake will not only be easy to follow but will produce good results.  

When training hard it is essential to make the necessary nutritional adjustments to ensure that your body is getting the correct fuel it needs in order to reach those training objectives and a good general health balance. This nutritional intake will provide you with so much more energy and aid cellular repair and recovery from illness or injury. 

I use a variety of techniques to work with my clients in order to establish current nutrition levels and personal goals, we work together to build knowledge of the digestive system and the varying food groups. We will set short, medium and long term goals and I support my clients every step of the way to reaching their goal.

As with most people who regularly go to the gym, I had reached a plateau in both physical improvement and motivation. I contacted Dave almost a year ago and in that time have achieved more than I imagined possible. 

The training sessions are tailored to my needs; be they sports specific such as to assist with my rock climbing or a kick start I have come back from an extended business trip. In addition to providing excellent guidance on the types of exercises, and the correct technique for each one, Dave also motivates me during each session. 

This motivation along with steady and controlled increases in the intensity of the exercises, has resulted in progressive improvements. Coupled with sensible nutritional advice, which has led to fundamental changes in my eating habits instead of calorie counting or dieting, this holistic approach to fitness has resulted in a significant loss in weight, improved levels of both stamina and fitness, reduction in body fat and increased strength.
