 For 6 Weeks                   

Being a former soldier I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in military conditioning. This style of training cranks up the discipline and focus. 
A huge calorie burn and demand on all muscle groups builds strength, stamina and endurance. Many different exercises are employed during these sessions for total conditioning.

All levels of ability are welcome I focus on small private group training, all exercises are performed with precise techniques to produce great results, I will guide you every step of the way.
